HMS collects personal information over the course of the loan process. As part of customer service outlook, we believe that all of our clients deserve safety and security with our handling of their personal information. 

To conduct business with HMS our clients may be asked to provide nonpublic personal information. Such information may be collected by: ​​

  • Application, meeting via internet, telephone or face-to-face. We collect, name, address,, social security number, credit history, phone number and other financial information. 

  • Banking information, or transactions with us or others may be used. We may request account balances, payment history, and account activity.

  • We use consumer reporting agencies to obtain personal information such as credit scores, credit reports which relate to credit worthiness. 

  • We may request employment information from your employer: such information may include VOE, income or deposits. 

Personal information is retained to communicate with you as a consumer, and to reply to any questions or comments that you may have. Your information will not be provided to a third party, except as is necessary for state regulations and to conduct business over the course of a loan. 

Your data is confidential and protected by HMS employees over the course of conducting business. And it is secured after the fact regardless of whether collecting such information resulted in a loan closed.
